-         Official endorsement letter from your country’s Tennis Federation/Association.

-         Clear copy of all pages of passport, including the empty ones.

-         Entry Form / letter from ITF confirming players’ entry into the event.

-         Location (city and country) of the Mexican Representation (Consulate or Embassy) where the visa application is being processed and received.

-         Indicate which tournament is being entered.

-         Supply a valid e-mail address for all official correspondence between the player and the Mexican Tennis Federation.
